For many of you, this may be your first “endurance event” and a runDisney event is a fun way to be inspired to get off the couch or to venture beyond the gym and get out there amongst thousands of other runners where every mile is magical! How do you get started? What do you need to know about runDisney events? Where should you go for more information? This post will answer some of these basics for you along with some tips I’ve learned during my runDisney events at the Disneyland Resort in California.Ĭasey from Disneyland Daily provided some questions to get us started and I’ve added some of my own which you may find helpful.
